About the Presenters:Molly Tomlin has been in nursing for over 30 years, with 17 years in home care, hospice and compliance, administration and operations. She has served in various progressive roles from new start-ups to hands on care, being responsible for the day to day operations of multi-million dollar operations.
Molly has worked in consultant roles, working with managers to trouble-shoot problems within their agencies to bring them back into financial and regulatory compliance. She has participated as the clinical and compliance liaison on numerous due-diligence operations across the state of Texas and beyond.
Molly is also a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. Although she does not work full time as a CLNC, her training
in this field has only added value and expertise to her role as a manager and leader in home care and hospice.
Molly served on the board of TAHC&H for two years representing all licensed and certified agencies. In addition she served on various committees of the association for the past 15 years.
She also served on The Hurricane Rita and Katrina Relief Board representing the state of Texas along with delegates from Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi,
working with various state and community groups to rally support and collect donations for this relief effort.
