About the Presenter: Lisa Selman-Holman, JD, BSN, RN, HCS-D, HCS-H, COS-C, HCS-O is a veteran of home care with over 27 years spent in home health and hospice, both as an RN and as an attorney practicing exclusively in home care. She is the owner of Selman-Holman & Associates, LLC, a full-service home care and hospice consulting firm, CoDR (Coding Done Right), an outsourcing company for home care and hospice coding and OASIS review, and CodePro University, developing and providing ICD-10-CM code training for home health and hospice coders and OASIS training for home health. She is the Chair of the Board of Medical Specialty Coding and Compliance specialty board on OASIS and home care/hospice coding. She has provided education to home health and hospice professionals since 1994.
Lisa is certified as a Homecare Coding Specialist-Diagnosis (HCS-D), Homecare Coding Specialist-Hospice (HCS-H), Homecare Coding Specialist-OASIS (HCS-O) and is certified in OASIS competency, COS-C. She is the technical editor to Decision Health's Complete Home Health ICD-10-CM Diagnosis Coding Manual and an author of the Decision Health OASIS-C2 study manual. She is the leader of the SME team for OASIS Optimize by Ability. She is a frequent contributor to other home care periodicals. Lis is a BMSC-approved instructor for the HCS-D exam and an AHIMA-approved ICD-10-CM Trainer. She has participated on the OASIS Certificate and Competency Board on the Exam Review Task Force. She is an active member of the Texas Association for Home Care & Hospice and other state associations and frequently serves on regulatory task forces. She has also participated with the Texas Medical Foundation's Quality Improvement Organization State Home Health Coalition for OBQI.

Purpose: The purpose of this educational activity is to provide functional knowledge of the home health Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) allowing clinicians to accurately assess and complete OASIS data collection. At the conclusion of this training, the participant will be able to:
Requirements for Successful Completion: To successfully complete this activity, the participant must complete all components of the training format (online training presentations, integrated quizzes, program post-tests), achieve an 80% or higher on the 80-question series-cumulative post-test and complete the series evaluation.
