  • Understand gap analysis of your current capacity to process referrals
  • Construct your program ready to take home and implement

About the Presenter: Michael Ferris is the Director of the Marketing, Sales and Customer Service Consulting Division for Simione Consultants. Michael is a featured speaker at over 100 national, state regional and corporate conferences and meetings and is a national expert in the areas of marketing, sales and customer service for home care and hospice agencies. You’ve probably read his monthly sales and marketing column in CARING magazine and may have one his many books on the topic. Prior to creating the division at Simione, he founded Home Care and Hospice Marketing Solutions in 2001.

Michael believes that home care and hospice people are the best in the world, and that the difference the industry makes in the community is immeasurable. He also thinks that as an industry we do a poor job of getting credit for our greatness. His job is to help his clients tell their stories in the communities they serve and grow their referrals, even in very competitive market environments. He believes that he has the greatest job in the world as he works exclusively with home care and hospice agencies nationally to improve and refine their sales and marketing programs.
